的 WYSIWYG toolbar gives you many of 的 editing tasks for a 页面 such as inserting links, applying formatting such as bold or italics, and spell checking a 页面. 的 various functions of 的 toolbar are explained below.

1. 保存并退出
   Click 的 保存并退出 Icon to save your work and exit 的 WYSIWYG Editor.

2. 不保存退出
   Exit 的 WYSIWYG editor without saving your work. 之后的所有更新或更改 你的最后一次保存将会丢失.

3. 减少
   To remove content from 的 document in order move it somewhere else, highlight 的 内容，然后单击图标. 键盘快捷键 is CTRL+X for Windows or CMD-X for Mac.

4. 复制
   To copy content from 的 页面, highlight 的 内容，然后单击图标. 键盘 shortcut is CTRL+C for Windows or CMD-C for Mac.

5. 粘贴
   To paste content onto a 页面, click 的 location 的 content should be placed on 的 页面并单击图标. 键盘快捷键 is CTRL+V for Windows or CMD-V for Mac. All formatting from 的 content you are pasting will be removed prior to pasting.

6. 撤销
   Click to undo 的 last changes made in this session one by one. 键盘快捷键 is CTRL+Z for Windows or CMD-Z for Mac.

7. 重做
   Click to redo changes that were previously undone and should be restored.

8. 拼写检查
   的 拼写检查 is a Toggle 拼写检查er. 点击拼写检查 Icon to spell check 您正在编辑的区域. Misspelled words are underlined in red. 你可以改变 的 incorrectly spelled word with 的 suggested words provided or choose to  Ignore 拼写错误的单词(e).g.，不做任何改动). 点击拼写检查 Icon again to turn 的 spellchecker off.

9. 清楚的格式
   To remove all formatting for a selection, highlight 的 text to be updated and click 的图标. This returns 的 selected text back to 的 default settings. (例如, if you made a word bold but not longer want it to be, click 的 清楚的格式 button 它删除了粗体格式)

10. 大胆的
    Applies bold formatting to selected text

11. 斜体
    Applies italicized formatting to selected text.

12. 无序列表
    Turns 的 selected text into an bulleted list. Use 的图标 caret to select a different 无序列表的类型(i.e. 正方形、圆形等.).

13. 编号列表
    Turns 的 selected text into a numbered list.

14. 减少缩进
    减少段落的缩进. Each consecutive click moves text fur的r to 左边.

15. 增加缩进
    增加段落的缩进. Each consecutive click moves text fur的r to 正确的.

16. Blockquote
    Blockquote is a block-level element in HTML that can be used to set-off quotations 或者引用材料.

17. 左对齐
    Aligns a block-level element such as a paragraph or a heading to 左边 margin.

18. 居中对齐
    Aligns a block-level element such as a paragraph or a heading within 左边 and 右边距.

19. 右对齐
    Aligns a block-level element such as a paragraph or a heading to 的 右边距.

20. 完全对齐
    Justifies text making it flush on both 左边 and right side

22. 拆开
    Click within 的 hyperlink and click 的 拆开 icon to remove a hyperlink.

23. 插入/编辑邮件链接
    To create a mailto link, select 的 text or image for 的 link, 的n click 的图标. Enter 的 email address for 的 link in 的 “Address” text field.

24. 锚
    Create or edit a 页面 marker that can link to o的r content. 

25. 格式下拉
    的 格式 drop-down lists built-in styles that can be applied to a selected paragraph. To apply an element from 的 格式 drop-down, click within 的 paragraph (or select text), and 的n click 的 element from 的 drop-down. 欲了解更多信息，请访问 的 格式 & 页面风格.

26. 样式下拉
    This drop-down sets 的 style of any selected text. 配置可用的样式 系统管理员. 更多信息，请访问 格式 & 页面风格.

27. 水平线
    Adds a horizontal rule (line) to 的 页面. Adding it from 的 toolbar will add 的 default horizontal rule (thin, light gray line). 要把它变成另一种风格， you need to select 的 Horizontal Rule and 的n apply a style using 的 样式下拉 menu. 更多信息，请访问 格式 & 页面风格.

28. 插入换行符
    To insert a line break, click 的 Line Break icon. 使用它将文本分割成一个新的 line, without creating a new paragraph.

29. 特殊字符 
    To insert a special character such as a copyright symbol, registered trademark, or o的r symbol, click 的 Insert 特殊字符 icon. 选择特殊字符 modal provides a selection of 200 special character from which to choose.  点击 的图标 of 的 character to insert into 的 页面. 

30. 插入资产

31. Table
    To insert a table, position 的 cursor in 的 editor where you would like 的 table 插入后，再单击图标. 的 Table drop-down includes several fields that can be used to define 的 table including:
    • Insert Table - Add a new table to 的 页面
    • Table Properties - To make changes to an existing table
    • 删除表
    • Cell - To make changes to an existing cell in 的 table
    • Row - To insert a new row, delete a current one, or change 的 Row Properties

    • Column - To Insert an additional column to your table or delete an existing column

32. 最大化内容区域
    Makes 的 Editable Content Region full-width.
